Here is a testimonial from my husband and me:
On Valentine's Day in 2013, my husband and I received a call from our nephew saying one of our dogs had been beat up by two other dogs (possibly one of the neighbor's and our other dog). A friend suggested Memphis Animal Clinic because they had taken care of a few stray dogs she found by our school. We rushed our dog there, and Dr. Seratt was the vet that took care of us. Her bedside manner was impeccable. She explained things to us in terms that we could understand, and she kept our dog calm. The assistants were welcoming and calming (I was crying and my husband was so shaken he was filling out the wrong information on the intake sheet). Madison made a full recovery.
After this incident, we took our dogs to see Dr. Seratt whenever there was an emergency - our other dog Sasha also got into a fight and Dr. Seratt took good care of her. Another time, we found out that Madison had heart worms, so we took her to see Dr. Seratt after going to another vet that didn't have the bedside manner Dr. Seratt did. Madison feels like Memphis Animal Clinic is her second home now! She loves Dr. Seratt and Memphis Animal Clinic, and we do too!
Our airedale, Maizey went to y'all and when I got my new puppy I knew I would bring her to Memphis Animal Clinic too. Y'all loved Maizey as much as we did! Sadie and I saw Dr. Seratt to get her first set of puppy shots and she was great!
