Please call us to see if we have availability and accommodations for your pet. During peak times such as holidays and summer vacations, we may have limited availability. Pets can be dropped off and picked up during regular business hours Monday – Friday, 7:30 am to 6 pm and Saturdays from 7:30 am to 12 pm.
If your dog is a climber, please let the receptionist know at check-in so that extra precautions can be taken. Food and water are provided, however we allow you to bring your pet's favorite food and treats if you wish. We feed Hills Sensitive Stomach and Skin food formula for both cats and dogs that board with us.
While boarding you can obtain veterinary services such as grooming and vaccinations. You will be financially responsible for any veterinary care provided for your pet while it is being boarded.
Dogs must be immunized against Rabies, Distemper, Hepatitis, Leptospirosis, Parainfluenza, Parvovirus (DHLPP), and Bordetella. Cats should be vaccinated against rabies, Panleukopenia or Distemper, Feline Rhinotracheitis, Calici virus, and Pneumonitis (FVRCPP).
If your pet is taking medication, please notify the receptionist upon arrival. Remember, it is essential that Heartworm preventative medication be continued during boarding. We utilize procedures in controlling parasites. Please make sure your pet is flea and tick free upon arrival.

SUITE - 6'x6' - Ideal for multiple pets any size to board together.
LARGE RUN - 3'x6' Ideal for 1-2 pets any size.
CAGES - Cats and Dogs up to 50 lbs..
Bedding – Please feel free to bring your pet's favorite bed. We do prefer that beds are brought to us clean and free of fleas. Some pets suffer from separation anxiety and appreciate having something that reminds them of home. For comfort, we will provide beds and blankets during your pet’s stay.
Feeding – Pets will be fed 2-3 times per day depending on your specifications. All animals are fed Hills Sensitive Stomach and Skin food, but you are always welcome to supply your own food. Fresh water is constantly available to pets.
Medications – If your pet needs medication(s) administered, please let our staff know upon scheduling your stay, and we will inform you if any additional charges are required.
Play Time – When given your consent, pets will be allowed to socialize with other animals of similar size, for play and exercise. All play is supervised by our trained staff. If you prefer your pet to have exercise in isolation, please let our staff know upon check-in.
Toys – You are allowed to bring pet toys with you for your pet’s stay and we encourage it! To prevent confusion, we ask that you write your last name on each toy so at the end of your pet’s stay the toys can be returned to the correct owner.
Vaccinations – All pets are required to have up-to-date vaccinations. If your pet needs booster shots, they must be administered at least 3 days prior to staying at our facility. Our veterinarian can administer the vaccination if you let us know when scheduling your pet’s boarding that vaccination is necessary.
