Please call us to see if we have availability and accommodations for your pet. During peak times such as holidays and summer vacations, we may have limited availability. Pets can be dropped off and picked up during regular business hours Monday – Friday, 7:30 am to 6 pm and Saturdays from 7:30 am to 12 pm.
If your dog is a climber, please let the receptionist know at check-in so that extra precautions can be taken. Food and water are provided, however, we allow you to bring your pet's favorite food and treats if you wish. We feed Hills Sensitive Stomach and Skin food formula for both cats and dogs that board with us.
While boarding you can obtain veterinary services such as grooming and vaccinations. You will be financially responsible for any veterinary care provided for your pet while it is being boarded.
Dogs must be immunized against Rabies, Distemper, Hepatitis, Leptospirosis, Parainfluenza, Parvovirus (DHLPP), and Bordetella. Cats should be vaccinated against rabies, Panleukopenia or Distemper, Feline Rhinotracheitis, Calici virus, and Pneumonitis (FVRCPP).
If your pet is taking medication, please notify the receptionist upon arrival. Remember, it is essential that Heartworm preventative medication is continued during boarding. We utilize procedures in controlling parasites. Please make sure your pet is flea and tick free upon arrival.
